What was once a mechanic’s home workshop has been expertly converted into an exquisitely provisioned bothy, embracing the quiet nook of Rhenetra whilst keeping connected with the beating heart of the island.

From the luxuriously comfortable king-sized bed with en-suite and rain shower, to the fully capable kitchen and dining space and adjoining soft seating, The Crow’s Nest is a home from home. Stunning views from the giant picture window, facing west to catch the glorious sunsets, as well as necessities like the laundry/drying room, private Starlink superfast internet and an EV charging point.

Situated 15 minutes north of Portree, 0.5 miles from the main A87 trunk road, The Crow’s Nest is perfectly positioned to take advantage of all that the Isle of Skye has to offer.

Uig is 15 minutes away with craft shops, services and links to the Outer Hebrides via Calmac Ferries.

A sweet spot for access to the Trotternish Ridge, Staffin, The Quiraing, The Old Man of Storr, Waternish and Portree itself, you can take in the sights around the island knowing that you have a peaceful place to retreat to, and who knows, you might even catch the Aurora Borealis!
